We will continue diving deep and connecting it to how you show up in the world. In this module, you will learn about:

  • Limiting beliefs – what they are and how they influence your actions and behaviours
  • How you can change those beliefs to create healthy long-term behaviours and how to do it in the quickest time possible

  • Getting rid of self-loathing and shame so you feel incredible
  • And some homework to give you so much insight and help in understanding yourself

 

Halfway through the course, you've already experienced major breakthroughs but some parts of yourself that still self-sabotage remain. So here you will learn about:

  • Your emotions and why you might find it difficult to deal with them
  • Healthy coping mechanisms to help you manage your emotions easily
  • True, meaningful and valuable self-care practices
  • The impact of stress to your eating habits
  • Plus of course they’ll be more meaty homework to do to ensure you get food freedom!

 

In this module we’re going to dive right into another deep, powerful, and perfectly safe hypnosis session. This will help you:

  • Unblock one of the most common, and damaging, limiting beliefs of all time
  • Discover how and why you formed that belief
  • Learn how to let it go so that self-sabotage becomes a thing of the past
  • Ensure that we’re setting you up for long-term success

 

This module is one of my absolute favourites because it’s all about how you connect with others. This module will help you:

  • Find out EXACTLY how criticism works, why you – and other people – do it, as well as why your criticism of others actually damages you
  • Learn how to leave that shit with other people
  • Define your core values as a person and how misalignment with your core values is impacts your behaviour including your eating habits
  • People-pleasing and how to stop it
  • Get some tools and strategies to help you have more meaningful relationships with others
  • Some homework this week

 

On our final week together we’ll be looking at long-term success. You will learn:

  • How to keep motivation going – even when things feel really challenging
  • What to do when fear and doubt and worry creep in
  • How to overcome discouragements and triggers from others
  • A quick recap of everything you learned
  • Set some final homework as you get ready to head off into the world free from thinking about food 24/7, in fact feeling calm and relaxed around it as well as feeling absolutely fantastic about yourself AND your body!
